Saddam the only guilty?

Is Saddam the only one who is guilty of murdering masses of civilians? What about George W Bush who is the main reason that over 600 000 iraqis has died since 2003? What about Ehud Olmert who´s army is destroying houses with civilian palestinian and lebanese women and children in? I do not even think that Bush or Olmert deserves the capital punishment - no one does. Saddam might be a former dictator with thousands of lifes on his conscience. He doesnt deserve to be hanged what so ever, he deserves to do something good for the world instead. And so should the other killers, Bush and Olmert.
